Our cream centers are made like they were in
the 1930's.  They are actually creamy, having the
consistency of a heavy mousse or pudding. We
have over 35 different cream centers, and each
one is in a different shape.  For example, our
Strawberry Cream is in a strawberry mould,
Rum Nut Cream in a rum barrel, and Praline
Cream is a mouse.
